• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• 1 night stay: Valid Sun - Thur;  Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan, 20 - 23 Jan 2020.
• 2 night stay: Valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan, 20 - 23 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020. A supplementary charge of £10 per person per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• A credit or debit card number is required to secure your booking.
• Phone or email bookings only. Online bookings will not be honoured.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £20 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max 1 child permitted; ages 4 and under stay free of charge, ages 5-10 years £15 per child per night and ages 11- 15 years £40 per child per night, including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
