• Voucher is valid from Thur 19 Oct 2017 until Thur 14 Dec 2017, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 23 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11.30am.
• Luxury double suite.
• Please note: the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max 1 child permitted. Children aged 7 and under are free, supplementary charge of £85 for extra bed for 8+ including breakfast.
• For health and safety reasons, children 12 and under are not permitted in a Tower Suite.
• Max 1 pet permitted; members are asked to bring own bedding and not leave pets unattended at any time.
• Guests with disabilities should contact the hotel to discuss individual requirements and suitable room availability prior to purchase.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
