• Voucher is valid until Thur 20 Dec 2018, Mon - Thur 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays – Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups up to 4 can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and not suitable for those with diabetes or high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 35mins. Choice of back neck and shoulder massage or taster facial. 
• Option 2 and 3 treatment duration: approx. 50mins. Choice of custom massage or prescription facial.
• Includes a gift each. Choice of Caudalie products: Cleansing Water 30ml, Beauty Elixer 30ml, Moisturising Sorbet 15ml, Detox Mask 15ml, Premier Cru Eye Cream 5ml; subject to availability.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
