• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, Sun - Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 1 Dec 2020 - 31 Oct, 24-31 Dec 2021 and 14 Feb 2022.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and not suitable for those with diabetes or high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 duration: Choice of a 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage OR 25 minute facial.
• Options 2 & 3 duration: 50 minute luxury facial or personalised massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Option 2: Includes afternoon tea. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
