• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Feb 2023 until Thu 27 Apr 2023, Mon - Thu; subject to availability.
• Treatments are available 10-4pm. Spa access is available 9am - 4pm.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 30 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes use of spa facilities.
• The Woodland Escape package: Includes a glass of Champagne. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Couples experience: Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
