Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Dec 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024; subject to availability.
• Weekend parking: Valid for Fri, Sat or Sun arrivals only.
• 8 & 15 day parking: Valid for arrivals 7 days a week.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive stays.
• Members can drop off/collect their vehicle 24 hrs a day.
• Members are welcome to stay for shorter durations. No refund of difference/further discount given.
• Members will be charged for additional days; payable directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
