• Voucher is valid until 31st August 2014, Fri-Sun; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 17th August 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, no pets permitted. 
• Children permitted; under 12s stay free of charge when using existing beds within the room; max of 1 extra bed/cot in room, please discuss with The Huntly Arms Hotel at time of booking. Children over 12 years old are an additional charge, please discuss with Huntly Arms Hotel at time of booking. Max of 1 child under 2 & 1 child aged 2-12 years old permitted.
• Check in 3pm-11pm; check out 7am-11am.
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Standard double or twin room available. No upgrades available. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used consecutively, however, stays can be extended for an additional charge. 
• All dietary requirements can be catered for, please discuss directly with Huntly Arms Hotel at time of booking. Bookings for 3 course meal in restaurant must be booked at the same time as the accomodation.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
