- Voucher is valid from 14 Dec 2015 until 27 Mar 2016, 7 days, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
- Excluded dates: 25, 26 & 31 Dec 2015, 1 & 2 Jan 2016.
- Reservations must be made by 6 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
- Flying is weather dependent: participants are asked to call the venue for a weather check before setting out.
- If flight is cancelled due to weather, it will be re-booked for an alternative date or time. Please discuss directly with ACS Aviation.
- One voucher can be redeemed per member; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
- Option 1 lasts approx 30 mins.
- Option 2 lasts approx 60 minutes (30 minutes aircraft time).
- Option 3 lasts approx 90 minutes (30 minutes simulator time; 30 minutes aircraft time).
- Options including introductory flight; experience starts with safety briefing and familiarisation of the aircraft. Your route will also be explained and can vary.
- Supplementary payment of £10 payable direct to ACS Flight Training for members weighing over 14 stone for the introductory flight to upgrade to a 4 seater aircraft, please advise at the time of booking.
- Aged 14+.
- One person per lesson. Spectators are welcome to watch you take off and land but are not permitted airside.
- 12 month membership includes discounted aircraft hire, reduced or free landing fees on further lessons and more.
- Members must be physically fit and able to climb in and out of the plane with ease.
- Members are advised to contact ACS Flight Training direct if they have any health concerns.
- Please note times are approximate due to operational requirements.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
- Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
