Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri 12.30pm - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays & Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Wed 15 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 6 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only with tea or coffee each. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Champagne each.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tables required back by 5pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
