• Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max numbers are subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission or during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins. Choose from a back massage, foot treatment or Elemis facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
•  Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes 2 hours access to the thermal suite and robe hire.
• Wheelchair access available to the spa. No wheelchair access available to the pool.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
