Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan 2023 until Sun 30 Apr 2023; subject to availability. 
• Whisky tours are available at 10am or 2pm only.
• Gin & vodka tours are available 11am - 3pm.
• Cocktails tours are available at 1pm only.
• Excludes Mon - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only for the tasting aspect of the tour. Children are permitted free of charge for whisky, gin & vodka tours; please book directly. Children not permitted on the cocktail tour.
• Duration approx. 1 hrs.
• Max of 10 people per group/activity. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
