Small print

• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2, 3 & 7 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days.
• 2 & 3 night stay: A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays.
• Excludes 1-21 Oct, 17-31 Dec 2022 & 1-6 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a Linwood or Sierra caravan. Caravans have 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and a sofabed in the living area).
• Includes a bottle of wine on arrival.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
