Small print

• Voucher is valid from 20th April until 19th June 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 19th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• One voucher can be redeemed per group; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Pets permitted; max of 1 dog. No additional charge. 
• Children permitted; included in the total headcount of the house. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 10am. 
• Free onsite parking availabilty. 
• House consists of 2x double rooms, 1x family room, 1x twin room and 2x bathrooms plus dining room, living room and dining kitchen. 
• Gas, electricity, linen, bedding and towels are all included. 
• Sorry, same sex groups (ie: hen and stag parties) are not permitted. 
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays and stays cannot be extended for an additional charge. 
• A £200 full refundable security deposit to Big Wooden House is required at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
