• Voucher is valid from 1st Sept 2014 until 30th Nov 2014, 7 days a week, 10am-5pm; subject to availability.
• One voucher may be redeemed per member. One additional voucher may be purchased as a gift only.
• Wheelchair access.
• One voucher per family (2 adults plus 2 children up to the age of 16); additional persons are subject to full price entrance fees. Please pay directly. Winter pricing begins in Nov.
• Pony rides: available on weekends only during Sept & Oct; subject to weather conditions & availability. Pony rides are not available on 7th, 13th & 14th Sept.
• Sorry, hatchery will be open but hatching and handling within the 'Hatchery of baby animals' is not available from Nov. Pony rides are not available from Nov, due to winter season.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with in house offers.
• Entry for children under 2 years old is free of charge.
• Age and height restrictions may apply in soft play areas.
• Dogs permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
