Small print

• White water rafting & Gorge Scrambling voucher is valid from Sun 17 Jun 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, 9am – 3pm on selected dates only: 17 Jun, all Jul & Aug and 9, 23, 30 Sept 2018; subject to availability.
• Canyoning voucher is valid from Sat 16 Jun 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, 9.30am – 3.30pm on selected dates only: 16, 17 Jun, all Jul & Aug and 9, 22, 23, 29, 30 Sept 2018; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. White water rafting & Gorge Scrambling voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Aug 2018 and Canyoning voucher by Wed 18 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 14 days of your booking.
• Duration: approx. 6hrs inc travel.
• Activities are weather dependant for safety reasons. Active Outdoor Pursuits provide an activity guarantee if the weather or conditions aren’t suitable, you will be provided with an alternative activity.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Parking available in Newtonmore Village.
• Suitable for ages 7+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max 8 people per raft for white water rafting; groups can fit up to 36 (minimum 4 per group).
• Max 16 people per group for canyoning and gorge scrambling (minimum 4 per group).
• Members must have a reasonable level of fitness.
• White water rafting: members must be confident in cold and moving water.
• Canyoning and gorge scrambling: members must be able to swim.
• Active Outdoor Pursuits will send a medical declaration on booking.
• Members should bring: towel, swim suit, old trainers (you are happy to get wet and dirty), old pair of shorts for over wet suit (for canyoning & gorge scrambling), spare pair of trainers and warm clothing to change into. Please also bring lunch and a drink.
• If members book accommodation with Active Outdoor Pursuits at Craigower Lodge, receive 50% off activities booked on the second day of your stay. To be booked and paid for direct and please contact Active to enquire about accommodation prices.
• Meeting point: Newtonmore, Kingussie & Aviemore areas.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
