• Voucher is valid Sun - Thurs, 25 Oct 2015 until 17 Dec 2015; subject to availability.
• Bookings cannot be made until 22 Oct 2015 - no exceptions.
• Limited availability in October. Excludes 11, 15, 19 Nov and 10 Dec 2015.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted (max 5). Can be used on consecutive nights.
• Reservations must be made by 22 Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in at 3pm, check out at 12 noon.
• Standard twin or double rooms available.
• Infant and 1 cot permitted in standard room at no extra charge - members must advise at time of booking.
• Max of two children permitted in family rooms. Upgrade to a family double for an additional £20 per room per night or a family suite for £50 per room per night.
• Children 10 years and under eat breakfast free of charge. Children 11 years and over pay for meals as taken, breakfast is £6.50 per child.
• Stay can be extended at hotel standard rates, discuss direct with hotel
• Pets allowed; max of two small dogs; £25 per dog per stay supplement.
• Includes leisure access.
• Members will receive a voucher on check in for glass of Prosecco and nibbles which include Kettle crisps & Joe & Seph's gourmet popcorn.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment
• Non changeable and non refundable once booked with Hilton Coylumbridge.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
