Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Jan 2021 until Fri 2 Jul 2021, 7 days 10am - 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• The venue have implemented additional hygiene and sanitation procedures and all staff have been trained to help ensure the protection of public health.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Suitable for ages 10+.
• Duration approx. 45mins which includes a tasting flight of 5 chocolates with an audio guide.
• Max of 6 people per tasting.
• Vegetarian options available. No gluten / wheat free options.
• Please note arrivals more than 10 minutes late are considered cancelled.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
