• Voucher is valid from Fri 17 Sep 2021 until Fri 19 Nov 2021, Wed 3pm - 7pm, Fri - Sat 11am - 3pm and Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue and Thu.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• 16+ only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 25 mins with 5 mins prep time.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx 55 mins with 5 mins prep time.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: Approx 55 min massage with 5 mins prep time, 25 min facial with 5 mins prep time.
• Deal is valid for treatments with Ilyana only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
