• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Feb until Thu 15 Jun 2023; subject to availability.
• Spa access available: Mon – Fri, 10am - 5:30pm.
• Treatments available: Mon – Fri, 10am - 6pm.
• Excludes Saturdays & Sundays, 19 Mar & 3-14 Apr 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email or telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1: Includes 2 hour access to spa and lesuire facilities. 
• Option 2: Includes 55 minute treatment choosing between Ishga full body massage or anti-ageing facial and 2 hour access to spa and leisure facilities.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Outdoor infinity pool will be closed for winter until Fri 3 Mar 2023.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
