You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Double or twin standard room available. Please note, not all rooms have been refurbished as of yet.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family (double & single bed) £15; double double (2x double beds) £20; large family (2x double beds & 1 single bed) £25; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 3 children permitted; requires upgrade as above. Children are classed as ages 12yrs and under. All meals charged as taken.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
