• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available. Please note, not all rooms have been refurbished as of yet.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family (double & single bed) £15; double double (2x double beds) £20; large family (2x double beds & 1 single bed) £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 3 children permitted; requires upgrade as above. Children are classed as ages 12yrs and under. All meals charged as taken.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
