Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Aug 2017 until Sat 23 Dec 2017, Tue, Fri & Sat 9am – 1pm and Wed 5pm - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Option 3: you must have had at least 1 scan done by Sat 23 Dec 2017, further scans can then be taken after this date.
• Excludes Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher 1 and 2 must be booked by Tue 5 Dec 2017 and voucher 3 must be booked by Wed 1 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

  - Voucher 1 is valid for options 1a or 1b
  - Voucher 2 is valid for options 2b, 3 or 4
  - Voucher 3 is valid for option 6b.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16’s only; under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Treatment duration: all scans vary between approx. 15 - 30 mins.
• Please note a full bladder is not necessary and all scans are abdominal.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
