The hotel’s restaurant, The Orangery, is famous for serving up delicious dishes guaranteed to wow.
You’ll be tucking in to a spectacular four courses. Choose from sumptuous starters such as Balbirnie's home smoked "Bradan Rost" salmon with beetroot salad, kohlrabi and wasabi crème fraiche.
Between courses you can try goat's cheese and truffle custard with black olive biscotti, or try a refreshing sorbet from Balbirnie’s own ice cream company.
For mains, savour delicacies such as "Ross Cobb" roast chicken with morel tortellini, braised leeks and salt baked parsnips.
Make sure you leave room for pudding: choose from indulgent treats such as peanut butter parfait with caramelised banana, brittle and salted caramel ice-cream
4* overnight stay
With today’s second purchase option, enjoy an overnight stay in one of Balbirnie's standard double rooms, each of which have their own style and character. With super comfy duvets so your stay will no doubt be comfortable.
