• Options 1 and 3: Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Feb 2019 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sun 28 Oct 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Options 1 and 3 exclude 13 and 14 Feb 2019.
• Option 2 excludes 1, 22 Jan and 13, 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Please note; the restaurant at the venue is not available for bookings. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1 and 3: standard room available.
• Option 2: superior room with hot tub available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share on arrival.
• Max of 1 child under 13 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 for additional bed; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
