Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Mar 2019 until Wed 26 Jun 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 5 - 28 Apr 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 5 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 12noon, check-out 10am.
• Option 1: standard beach hut only; Voucher is for 2 people sharing however hut can sleep up to four people with one double sofa bed and two singles which convert into benches. Additional adults are £25 per person per night; additional children under 3 are free of charge. Children 3 – 14yrs are £10 per night.
• Option 2: standard glamping dome; voucher is for 2 people sharing however dome can hold an additional 2 children with a double bed and 2 camping mattresses. Additional children under 3 are free of charge, children 3 – 14 are £10 per night.
• Please note that domes do not have gas or electricity.
• The following items are not provided, so you may want to bring them with you: crockery & cutlery, duvet & duvet cover (or sleeping bag), bottom sheet (must be king size sheet or 2 single sheets), pillow & pillow cases, towels.
• Each beach hut and dome has a private fire pit outside. Wood is available to buy from reception for £6 per bag. You are also welcome to bring your own. Logs must be pre-ordered at time of booking.
• No hot tubs included.
• Shared toilet and washroom facilities are available on site.
• Wifi is available on site; full information can be viewed here.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Onsite facilities include: indoor recreation room with pool table and table football, children’s play area, washing and laundrette facilities.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Beach Hut only; max 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per dog; payable directly to Sauchope Links Park.
• No pets permitted in the Glamping Domes.
• No wheelchair access available.
• No stag and hen parties permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
