• Voucher is valid from Sat 17 Feb until Tue 28 May 2024, Mon 10am - 4pm, Tue 10am - 7pm, Wed 5pm - 8pm, Sat 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Thu - Fri & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 7 May 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; please discuss directly if under 16.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Gel nails: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr. Treatment will last up to 4 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 
• Lash lift and tint: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 30 mins. Treatment will last 4-6 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 
• Brow lamination and tint: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr. Treatment will last 4-6 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. 
• Lash lift and brow lamination: Patch test required 48 hours in advance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
