• Voucher is valid until Fri 21 Oct 2022, Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm and Sat 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18's only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Only one person can be massaged at a time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or  for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the clinic.
• Treatment duration:
• - mini facial 30 mins
• - Back, neck and shoulder massage 35 mins
• - luxury facial or full body deep tissue massage - 60 mins
• - full body Swedish massage - 1hr 5 mins
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
