Small print

Voucher is valid from Thur 21 Dec 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 25 Dec 2017 and 10 – 23 Feb 2018.

Lessons start at 10am. Slope access from 9am midweek (sometimes earlier at weekends) until 4pm depending on daylight hours.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

You must arrive at least 1 hour prior to your lesson.

Duration approx. 2 hrs. plus full day slope access.

Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Suitable for complete beginners only.

• Option 1: children must be ages 7+ for ski lessons and 9+ for snowboard lessons. Junior package is available up to 17 years.
• Option 2: no upper age limit.

Max of 10 people per class. If only 1-2 people are booked in for the lesson you will receive equivalent instruction over a shorter period.

Reasonable fitness level is required.

You must be appropriately dressed; full clothing guide be viewed here.

Includes lift pass, equipment hire (skis, boots & poles or snowboard & boots) and 2 hours instruction.

Please note validity depends heavily on weather and may be extended/reduced as necessary, you will be contacted via email should validity change. You are advised to book towards the start of the season as the duration of good snow cover cannot be determined. 

Bookings will be accommodated on the artificial slope in the event of no snow.

• You are advised to check the weather/snow conditions.
• Upgrade to an additional 2 hours of lessons for £14.50pp – please discuss when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
