Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 30 June until Sun 14 Aug 2016, Thurs-Sun; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 31 July 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Executive double or twin room available.
• No upgrades available.
• Menu can be viewed here, steak dishes are an additional £5 per person.  
• Vegetarian options are available. Gluten and wheat free options can be catered for, please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children are welcome however can only be accommodated in an executive family room (no additional charge); subject to availability. If a cot is required, please request at time of booking. Max of 2 children per room, one under 2 years old can stay in a cot, one over 2 years old can stay in a bed.  Children over 2 years will be charged an additional £14 for dinner and breakfast.
• Sorry, no pets permitted. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
