• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019 and 14 – 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 1pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each served in QBAR; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £3.50 is required per person for steaks; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted a supplementary charge of £10 for breakfast with dinner charged as taken; child is classed as up to age 12; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
