• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2 - 5, 14 - 15 Feb, 5 - 8, 17 - 18 Mar, 8 - 9 Sep, 4 - 7 Oct and 24 - 25 Dec 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Option 1: One bedroom apartment with one double room.
• Option 2: Two bedroom apartment with two double / twin rooms.
• Option 3: Two bedroom apartment with one king / twin room, one double room and one sofa bed in lounge.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A security deposit of £50 is required for Mon – Thurs stays and £250 required for Fri – Sun stays; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with Spires Service Apartments.
• Self-service continental breakfast included.
• Children permitted and included within the overall head count.
• Max of 1 pet permitted; a supplementary charge of £50 applies for a deep clean at the end of the stay. Please pay hotel directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
