• Voucher is valid until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability on 8 – 11 Dec and 8 – 12 Mar 2018; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per cottage per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to Blairquhan Castle Estate.
• A supplementary charge is required per night for 24 - 26, 31 Dec, 1, 2 Jan, 30, 31 Mar, 1 Apr: 2 bed cottage £50, 3 bed cottage £70, 4 bed cottage £100; payable directly to Blairquhan Castle Estate.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 8 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Refurbished cottages:
• Gardens Cottage & McDowall Cottage: 2 bedroom sleeping up to four.
• Cunninghame Cottage: 3 bedroom, sleeping up to six
• MacKenzie Cottage: 4 bedroom, sleeping up to nine.
• Traditional cottages:
• McIntyre: 2 bedroom, sleeps up to four.
• Farrer: 3 bedroom, sleeps up to six.
• Kennedy: 3 bedroom, sleeps up to seven.
• Wauchope: 4 bedroom, sleeps up to nine.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount; ages 2 and under are not included in the headcount and cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge; please discuss directly with Blairquhan Castle Estate.
• Dogs are permitted in traditional cottages only and require a supplementary charge of £30 per dog; payable directly to Blairquhan Castle Estate.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
