• Voucher is valid from 5th Jan until 30th Apr 2015, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13th & 14th Feb.
• £10 per room per night supplement applies to Fri & Sat night stays - payable to hotel.
• You must book your stay by 9th Apr or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Upgrade to a deluxe room or deluxe garden room for £40 per room, per night (subject to availability). Please discuss and pay directly at time of booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted (up to 12 years old). Upgrade required at £40 per room, per night for a deluxe room (2 adults & 1 child) and deluxe garden room (2 adults & 2 children). Please pay directly.
• Max of 2 pets permitted; 1 pet at £15 per night or 2 pets at £25 per night - upgrade required to a deluxe garden room at £40 per night.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, can be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
