• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 May 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jun 2021.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Fri 7 May 2021 until Fri 29 Oct 2021, valid Fri only. Excludes Sat - Thu.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 May 2021 until Mon 25 Oct 2021, valid Mon only. Excludes Tue - Sun.
• Option 4: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 May 2021 until Fri 29 Oct 2021, valid Mon, Wed and Fri. Excludes Tue, Thu and Sat - Sun.
• Options 2 - 4: Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Aug 2021.
• Vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

• Confirmation will be sent out for your reservation along with a souvenir pop up bothy money box.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 10 weeks of your booking. In some circumstances it may be possible to swap the stay to another date; please discuss direct. If you need to cancel or change your booking please contact directly at stay@boutiquefarmbothies.co.uk.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• The Sheep Shed or Barley Bothey is available.
• Bothies can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £60 per night for the Dairy at Denand; payable directly.
• Vouchers are valid for two people. Upgrades to four people are charged at £20pppn; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly by contacting stay@boutiquefarmbothies.co.uk prior to your stay.
• Afternoon tea includes sausage rolls, scones and a selection of cakes.
• Pizza kit includes dough, tomato paste, mozzarella, cheddar and fresh basil.
• Breakfast hamper includes milk, butter, preserve, sausages, bacon, eggs, tatties, homebaked bread, porridge oats, strawberry jam, tea, coffee, sugar and strawberries.
• Local produce hamper includes milk, butter, preserve, sausages, bacon, eggs, tatties, veg, oatcakes, cheese and a choice of 2 mains and 2 desserts; please discuss directly.
• Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night; payable directly.
• Well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog; payable directly. Includes a sleepover kit with towel, bowls, blanket and gravy bones. Please contact Boutique Farm Bothies if you wish to bring more than 2 dogs.
• No wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
