• Voucher is valid from Mon 5th Jan - Tue 31st Mar 2015; 7 days subject to availability.
• Excludes: 13th, 14th, 15th Feb & 15th Mar 2015.
• Multiple vouchers can be purchased; multiple vouchers can be used for a max of two nights.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge, discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking
• Standard double or twin rooms available; members may upgrade to a four poster room subject to availability and at an extra cost, discuss directly with the hotel at time of booking.
• Check in 2pm; check out 11am; early/late check out can be requested at no extra charge.
• Children permitted; max of 2 children per room; children under 12 stay free of charge but food will be an additional cost. Childcare/creche facilities not available. 
• Sorry, no pets allowed. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
