• Voucher is valid from Thu 3 Aug 2023 until Sat 4 Nov 2023, Thu 1pm - 7pm, Fri 10am - 4pm & Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Only 1 cancellation is permitted outwith this time.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Approx. treatment duration: option 1 - 30 mins, option 2 - 60 mins, option 3 - 90 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Valid for massages with Steven only.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
