Small print

• Voucher is valid from 1st Sept until 23rd Oct 2014, Sun-Thurs; subject to availability of ferry tickets and Portavadie accommodation.
• Reservations must be made by 1st Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Ferry travel valid for two days including first day of travel; start point must be from Ardrossan and end point must be Wemyss Bay.
• You must be at the Ardrossan terminal a minimum of 30 minutes before departure in order to collect tickets and be available for boarding. CalMac advise more time in case of delays or on particularly busy days.
• Ferry departure times:
  -Ardrossan: Sun 0945, 1105, 1230; Mon-Thurs 0700, 0820, 0945, 1105,1230, 1350
  -Lochranza: Sun-Thurs 1200, 1315, 1430, 1545, 1715
  -Tarbert: Sun-Thurs 1515, 1615, 1715
  -Colintraive: Sun 0830, 0900, every 30 mins until 1930; Mon-Thurs 0735, 0755, 0815, 0835, 0905, 0935, 1000, 1020, regular departures throughout the day
  -Rothesay to Wemyss Bay: Mon-Thurs depart 1010, 1100, 1200, every hour until 1600 then 1645, 1730, 1815, 1900
• Car specifics for ferry: standard car up to 5m length only. Vehicles longer than 5m will have additional charges applied or may be refused travel.
• Portavadie accommodation:
  - CalMac will check availability with Portavadie before confirming booking (further info will be provided on your voucher)
  - Check in 3.30pm, check out 10.30am
  - Upgrade to superior room available for £10 per room - payable to Portavadie
  - Stays cannot be extended
• No children or pets permitted.
• Vouchers MUST be surrendered at Ardrossan Port Office on first day of travel and be exchanged for ferry tickets, breakfast roll and drink voucher and hotel voucher; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Breakfast roll and drink voucher must be exchanged onboard at the Mariner’s café in payment for breakfast roll and tea or coffee. Hotel voucher must be presented at check in at Portavadie. Please note CalMac cannot accept vouchers on phones or iPads.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, however, only one voucher can be used per trip.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Bookings cannot be amended once made, vouchers are non-refundable once your trip has been booked and outwith itison period.
