Small print

• Voucher is valid Mon–Thu 9am–5pm until 5th Nov 2015; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 22nd Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Max 2 vouchers can be purchased per member. 
• 1 car per voucher.
• Voucher permits one Gold Valet which includes exterior jet wash, tyres dressed, interior hand polish & door panels polish, interior upholstery and floor mats vacuum, interior window cleaning, air freshener.
• Option 1 will take approx 1 hour, option 2 will be 1 hour 25 mins. Supplementary £5 charge for any jobs expected to take more than 1.5 hours, this will be agreed with the business before the valet takes place
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
