• Voucher is valid from 13th Sept until 23rd Dec 2015; Valid 7 days; subject to availability.

• Voucher must be booked by 6th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Voucher excludes: 18th & 19th, 25th & 26th, 29th & 30th Sept, 1st - 3rd, 17th – 24th & 28th Oct, 13th & 14th, 20th & 21st Nov 2015
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays 
• Please note: refurbishment of restaurant will be taking place between 8th - 18th Nov, subject to change. Dining location will be a hotels discretion during this period
• Check in from 3pm; check out until 12 noon
• Cream tea is available between 14:30 and 17:30 on day of arrival

• Children under 5 yrs stay & dine for free when sharing existing room, max of 1 child accommodated (in extra bed/cot)
• Ages 5 – 12 years of age stay free in existing bedroom paying for all meals as taken, max 1 child accommodated (in extra bed/cot) (breakfast costs from £5.50 per person)
• Members can upgrade to family room which sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (2 double beds) for a supplement of £30 per room per night; this includes children's breakfasts 
• Pets are not permitted
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
