• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jul until Thu 28 Sep 2023, Mon - Thu 9.15am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Includes a choice of 2 treatments from back, neck and shoulder massage, scalp massage, hand massage or foot massage.
• Treatments for two will share a double treatment room, separate rooms are available on request; subject to availability.
• Certain treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 45mins in total.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
