• Voucher is valid from Tue 18 Jun 2024 until Mon 30 Sep 2024, Mon - Thu 9:15am - 5pm, Fri - Sun 9:15am - 12noon; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £15pp is required for Friday - Sunday bookings; payable directly. 
• Excludes 22 - 28 Jul 2024. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Pool access is shared between local members and hotel guests.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Includes a back, neck and shoulder massage and ELEMIS Express facial per person.
• Treatments for two will share a double treatment room, separate rooms are available on request; subject to availability.
• Not suitable during pregnancy, or for cancer sufferers; please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: back, neck and shoulder massage approx. 25 mins. ELEMIS Facial approx. 20 mins.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
