• Voucher is valid until Sat 24 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advance booking required. Final order date for Christmas is Fri 16 Dec 2016.
• Orders will be available for collection or delivery from Thur 1st December only.
• Orders can be collected in-store, Mon – Fri 9am–5.30pm and Sat 9am – 1pm.
• UK delivery available, P&P is charged at £4.50 per item. 
• If delivery is within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire XOXO will personally deliver wreath, outwith will be delivered by a courier.
• XOXO delivery within 24 – 48 hours, local XOXO delivery can be up to 24 Dec 2016; delivery date can be selected.
• Courier: Royal mail 2nd class delivery, between 2 - 5 days. Courier deliveries will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving order. Date and time cannot be selected.
• Online orders are limited to one voucher per transaction.
• Wreath is ready to hang and will last approx. 1 month; ensure wreath is watered regularly to maximise life span.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
