Voucher is valid from Thu 5 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Tue & Sat 9am - 5pm, Wed & Fri 9:30am - 6:30pm and Thu 11am - 8pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays & Sundays.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Over 16s only. 

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1: treatment duration approx. 45 mins depending on hair length.

Option 2: treatment duration approx. 3 hours depending on hair length. Patch test is required at least 48hr before your appointment. 

Option 3: treatment duration approx. 1 hour, depending on hair length. 

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
