Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Apr 2018 until Fri 31 Aug 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note weekend availability is very limited; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 10.30am.  
• Option 1, 2 and 3: double or twin standard rooms.
• Option 4: honeymoon lodge / apartment. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2, 3 and 4 include a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. Excludes steak. Option 3: dinner is available on the first night only. 
• Option 4: includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2s stay free, ages 2 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £20 per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
