• Voucher is valid 16th Nov until 4th Feb 2016; Mon-Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14th Dec - 3rd Jan 2016.  Please note weekend stays are only valid in December at a supplement.
• December weekend supplements:
  2 bedroom sleeping 6 - £100 supplement per stay
  3 bedroom sleeping 6 - £120 supplement per stay
  3 bedroom sleeping 8 - £130 supplement per stay
• Vouchers must be booked by 3rd Jan 2016.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  Multiple vouchers can be used consecutively subject to availability within the dates stated, subject to weekend supplements in December where necessary.
• Children permitted and must be included within accommodation capacity.
• Free daily childcare for 2-11 yrs old (up to 3 hrs per day).
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Leisure facilities are available from 9am on day of arrival until 5pm on day of departure.  Please note this does not include use of the Victorian Spa.
• Free on-site parking.
• Please note accommodation includes cottages, lodges and apartments.
• Towels, linen and electricity is included.
• Sorry, no upgrades available.
• Pets permitted.  Max of 2 at a supplement of £20 per dog.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once booked, booking is non transferrable.  Dates can be moved to alternative offer dates for up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
