Option 1: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, 1 Dec 2019 – 4 Jan 2020.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Thur 31 Oct 2019, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 11, 13 27 Sept, 14 – 27 Oct 2019.

Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 1 Dec 2019 – 4 Jan 2020.

Option 4: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Thur 31 Oct 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 11, 13 27 Sept, 14 – 27 Oct 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Double rooms only are available from 10 – 22 Feb 2020; family rooms are not available.

Options 1 & 3: Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 9 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Options 2 & 4: Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

A £50 per person, per night pre-authorisation is reserved via credit or debit card on arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Options 1 & 3: standard double or twin rooms available. Room can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Options 2 & 4: executive double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

2 course dinner from a set menu; menu subject to change. Choose from starter and main or main and dessert. Dinner will be served in Meikle Restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Includes a glass of Prosecco with dinner. Options 3 & 4: Dinner and Prosecco is on the first night only.

Family room upgrades are available for a supplementary charge.

Option 1 & 2: Max 4 children permitted. 0-1 year old stay free of charge, 2-11 years £20.00 supplement, 12-16 years £30.00 supplement. Includes breakfast and 2 course dinner. Extra adult permitted at a £54.50 supplement per person per night; includes breakfast and a 2 course dinner.

Options 3 & 4: Max 4 children permitted. 0-1 year old stay free of charge, 2-11 years £40.00 supplement, 12-16 years £60.00 supplement. Includes breakfast both mornings, and 2 course dinner on first night.

Cot can be provided; please advise at the time of booking. 

Childcare is not included but can be booked for an additional charge; please arrange with hotel directly.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
