We were greated by a lovely staff member who explained our day to us and told us where everything was. The Victorian Baths were stunning and a lovely atmosphere with enough people around to make lively, but not too many so that you couldn't access everything and enjoy a swim in the gorgeous pool. There was everything you needed, including the water and fruit. The Spa staff were considerate and thoughtful who gave us the treatments, which were excellent, with the benefits of facial felt for a while.
We then had a leisurely lunch in the Winter Garden, the food was excellent and although it took a little while to get our dessert, it was great not to feel rushed and just enjoy a relaxing afternoon.

We had the best day for our Spa day which was a celebration for our friends 50th Birthday. The staff in the Leisure Club, Spa and Restaurant were are friendly, professional and were keen to ensure our day was special. We felt like royalty for the day!
