The deal was a Spa with lunch included. The spa was amazing. I went on my own but the other guests were so nice and helpful.
After the spa we moved to the Winter garden for lunch. My deal was spa plus lunch. My husband met me for lunch. We switched menu and he chose the spa one. We were informed that the steak pie was not available which was fine. I chose the Croque Madam. Both meals came out together. My croquet was burnt. I asked to send it back. Which was no problem. Hubby continued to eat his food. After he had finished his food mine arrived. Gone was the chance of a lunch together. There was a choice of dessert with the spa menu. Hubby asked for the choc orange that wasn’t available. So he chose his apple sponge. This meal was for our 29th wedding anniversary. Would use spa again but why the chef chose to send the croque burnt is question one and why the server brought me it is question 2. I understand it was a deal but still deserve good service. -
Everyone was so attentive, the whole experience was very relaxing and left me feeling wonderful.
