• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Wed 17 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability
• Excludes 16 Dec 2018 - 5 Jan, 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Supplementary charges apply (per room per night): Feb: Sat - £50; Mar: Sat - £50, Apr: Sun - Fri - £50 and Sat - £75; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11.30am.
• Double suite available.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max 1 child permitted; ages 7 and under stay free and ages 8+ require a supplementary charge of £85 for extra beds; payable directly to hotel.
• Max 2 dogs per room: members are asked to bring own bedding and not leave pets unattended at any time.
• Guests with disabilities should contact the hotel to discuss individual requirements and suitable room availability prior to purchase.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
