Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2021 and 1 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Please note that bookings cannot be made until Mon 15 Nov 2021.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Distillery tour: Max of 12 people per group. Duration approx. 45mins. Valid for ages 8+ with a limit of 2 children per group.
• Tour and masterclass: Max of 6 people per group. Duration approx. 1hr 30mins. Valid for over 18s only.
• Wheelchair access available. Adapted distillery tours are available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
