• Gratin of roast chicken fillet with gruyere cheese, crushed Ayrshire tatties, asparagus and pumpkin, chicken reduction and crispy confit chicken
• Highland venison pie with butter puff pastry, goose fat roasted carrots, caramelised onion mash and raspberry game gravy

• Chocolate chip and Cointreau bread and butter pudding, vanilla custard, caramel sauce and popcorn ice cream
